Letters and Boxes

In Adobe Illustrator, we created 9 box that were all even. Then used the colors white, grey, and black and switched back and forth between the three and colored the boxes. Then choose three letters and did the same with colors while we also changed the sizes, the rotation and placement of them. Then after the black, white, grey we choose our own three colors and did the same stuff as above. Below are my two projects.

"Chief" Rock Project

We scanned an image and then in Photoshop, I choose a rock aka Chief Rock and from there, we traced the rock and then colored it, then made it a new background. After that, we dropped an overlay on the rock and the final piece is what seen in this post.

Chapter 6 Exercise

Collages

Latest project in Photoshop is collages. We had to take original pictures and make a collage. The projects had to have a theme. Well my first one, was a street corner with people walking on it, a car turning, and a phone booth added to the street corner. Then my second project was a snow covered house and I added a snowman and snow dog, kids on a sled, and finally two kids playing in the yard.

Ringo Starr and his bird.

Below is the original picture from which we started. I definitely need work because the original looks amazing compared to mine.
